Meet Jacqueline Banks

Jacqueline's passion to help her clients discover vibrant health began with her own journey through sickness. Beginning at the age of 18 Jacqueline began to get sick on a regular basis, suffering from chronic constipation, gas, heartburn, painful menstrual cramps and ovarian cysts, she has visited far too many emergency rooms. She was diagnosed with everything from gallstones and IBS to endometriosis. Determined not to have surgery and to stop taking daily medication Jacqueline began to look for a different solution, this is when she began to experiment with nutrition and supplementation as a form of healing. After several years of research along with trial and error she was finally able to flush the gallstones out of her system naturally, she no longer suffers from any abdominal discomfort and best of all has lost all symptoms of endometriosis.


Through a combination of natural and holistic techniques Jacqueline combines nutrition theory with the warmth and guidance of a trained counselor. She is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Jacqueline is also a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach certified by the Cooper Clinic and Poliquin Intl. and has also spent several years working as a Personal Trainer. Jacqueline received her B.S at Babson College before going on to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she now serves as a mentor to first year students.
